We have a few events this month, more Health Champion training, another Wellness Webinar plus Diabetes and Nutrition courses planned for June. Relevant dates for your diary are as follows:

Sat 28th May Jubilee Celebration Event (with Age UK)

Time: 11 til 3

If you are coming along to help at any events, please let us know in advance plus you will need to sign in if attending Mercury Mall (there is an office next to the Amazon lockers, opposite Wilko)

Havering MIND are open to receiving referrals for their Ready For Adulthood 6-week face-to-face programme which starts on Friday 10 June from 12.30-2.30pm at their offices (Harrow Lodge House) in Hornchurch. The eligibility criteria is Havering residents, aged 17-25 with mild-medium symptoms and low risk. To register, please email
