ACET

The Adult College Employability Training (ACET) department offers high quality FREE employability courses that help you to get ready for work. Our partnership with Jobcentre Plus and strong links with local employers put us in a very good position to offer the training and up-skilling opportunities an individual needs to enter the job market. Dedicated Employability Trainers will guide individuals on the courses and give learners the skills and confidence they need to obtain and maximise interview opportunities to help successfully secure employment. Staff can help by assessing existing skills, goals and needs and by creating an individualised action plan. This will be reviewed regularly to ensure individuals are steadily progressing on their job-seeking journey.
